i would like the slip on street bike style muffler for my sled and i wan to know which company makes them and if anyone has a used one? do they come with the frame for under the seat?

No one. The only thing similar to a motorcycle slip-on is Aaron Excels muffler. The links are above.
Dallas you can just order a hindle slip on for a bike around $250 and cut it the length that you want. They are about 20" long. Mine is 11" long, you can kind of see it in my avatar.

i use a carbon fiber D&D and i love it...saved a lot of weight, but its quite a bit louder...kind of reminds me of my 700 w/bender can...good thing about the carbon fiber is it doesn't get hot and melt my rear light
