I've had a SUV for over 12 years now, and am back to the truck world. I was curious to see what everyone prefers for loading their ATV's in their trucks. I want all aluminum construction. I am not sure if I want a:

byfold one piece alum ramp
trifold one piece alum ramp
seperate independant ramps

the atv I have is a 660 Grizzly, and it's going into a 2004 Ford 150 4x4 Crew Cab Lariat. Thanks for your help.

let me know which is best and why.

Thanks,
joel

I have separate steel ramps. They work just fine for me, never had any problems with them. The only reason I bought these is because they were CHEAP. I paid $35 on sale for the set at Harbor freight tools. For the price I think they can't be beat, once you look at the prices of alumn. you'll know what I mean.

Tom, I'm a trailer guy whenever possible. Heck, I've unloaded my sleds and put 4 wheelers in my 4 place enclosed all alum featherlite.

I just need to load the 4 wheeler on the truck when I'm pulling one of my boats, camper or small util trailer with the mower on it.

I like the trifold because they fold up small enough to slide under the atv ;)!
