What does every one do to pass the dog days of summer fun

We use our trailer in the summer, plenty of time spent there boating, water skiing, tubing, knee boarding, fishing, jet boating and of course drinking some beverages

4-wheeling on my 420 trx at, exploring rivers in my inflatable boat, fly fishing for brook trout, sea trout or atlantic salmon. I read a quote somewhere, "First you learn to fly cast, then you learn to curse." Too true.

Nice pics from Edgewater Scotty. I was only in there a couple of times over the winter.

Besides being a mechanic, I work on my brother's farm. I bought my first house last summer, so I spend a lot of free time fixing/remodelling that. I always have friends' vehicles to work on. This summer, I'm helping a friend turn his Ram 3500 into a single axle dump truck, with a hydraulic dump system off of a '67 Chevy 50. :o|

I'm a car guy also, so I'm usually messing around with MG's (British sports cars). Along with all of the usual honey-do lists, and house/shop projects!
My favorite one to drive is a 73 MGB that I "slightly modified" for more performance.
A couple pics and write-ups http://www.britishv8.org/Articles/MGB-V ... harger.htm
Some pics before I boosted it http://www.britishv8.org/MG/BillJacobson.htm

that is 1 sweet looking piece, the power to weight ratio must be good

Thanks, The Buick/Pontiac/Olds/Rover 3.5L aluminum V8 is actually a popular engine to use. They're lighter then the stock cast iron 4 clyinder that the cars came with! ;)!

Just a couple toys. Couldn't get the rest of the pics to post-too big.

Custom Rhino, another bike, custom truck and payments.LOL
