What header pipes are interchangeable with the Nytro

The header on my Nytro is cracked, and I want a cheap replacement.

On ebay there are several aftermarket headers listed for the Nytro that I wouldn't call cheap, but there are a couple for Vectors and Nytro/Vectors that are in the right price range. I'm assuming that the Nytro/Vector ones are from RS Nitro's.

If I'm not mistaken, the Vector header will bolt on, but the angle is different? Maybe it's finally time for me to do the undertunnel exhaust I've been wanted to do for years.

The vector header will bolt right up, and you are correct about the angle, perfect for an under tunnel exhaust.

look in classified on here....saw a bunch of fx nytros being parted out.....saw a couple sets of headers....

i had 2 options when mine cracked. 300$ for a stock yamaha header. or 310$ for a chrome mbrp header..... which did i buy?

That's a smoking deal on the mbrp header....where did you get it from?

How many Km's did you guys have when you discovered the cracks? And ya that is a smokin deal. The best I've seen is $400.00 from "The Garage"

My Nytro has just shy of 17,000 kms on it. Noticed the crack yesterday when I had the skid out changing the slides.

There's actually a few on Kijiji Alberta from guys swapping out brand new for aftermarket headers. Might still be cheaper even with shipping in the long run if you want a stocker?
