Got roughly 3500miles or 5000km on an attak. Anything to look for regarding the clutch area? Put a new heelclicker kit into it, but anything else I should take a look at? Secondary spring? Basically, how long of a life do I got here. The sled is operated in the best conditions and rarily driven like it was stolen.

I have 20 000 kms on one of my sleds and im only going to change some springs now and check my rollers, etc...
Id look into the secondary washer, and see if theres any play around 10 000 kms
Thatll get this thread rollin and get you started

what i do is remove the clutch cover slide the shieve in and use a blow gun to clean all the crap out, take scotch brite pads and scuff the surfaces on the primary and seconday...you can also check center to center and offset to make sure its within specs...make sure your belt is at the right deflection...springs i wouldnt look at for awhile...other then that ride it....if you need any more info let me know..

OK i was wondering what I could do to the surfaces of the clutches...now I know! Help is appreciated! There is a newer belt on there and it has a bit of a squeal so I'll ride it out for about 100km and see if that helps..if not I'll have to be doing some adjustments somewhere for sure.
Check the bearing behind the speedometer gear.

not a problem....your secondary may be shimmed too tight which will cause the belt to squeel...
