Hi i was wondering what kind of speed you have saw on the dream meter??? And what sled do you have ??? thanks

My uncle was on the ice today with his ER, that's been lowered, and alot of changes to clutching, gearing, reverse removed, speed track, and would only hit 118 on radar. He was revving around 10,800-10,900. Last week it was revving over 11,000 but only hitting 115 on the gun. He lunched his idlers today too. Normally, that wouldn't sound so bad, but his other nephew was there with a pretty much stock GT that would also hit 118. I have a GT with 335 trail miles, but haven't had any lake/top speed opportunities yet. Mine has the Ulmer stage 2 that I put on after 250 miles. I noticed a significant improvement in the midrange. My idlers are original, but was in some crap conditions on Weds., and heard them squeaking-like a rubber squeak. I'm thinking their time is limited.

Have lawrence lower his top rpms a bit,to around 10,500 woody told me the other day he was running 114 on the gun so he has picked up some,do you know what weights he is running and what distance, because if he is running 2500 ft.tell him to reinstall his stovk weights and wrap his secondary to 90....

he's on it, and knows he should get the revs down. He said he talked to Woody today in fact, who's apparently seen 127 or 128 on the gun with his ER, that has some special drag skid on it?

Ive seen 109 on the dreammeter on the side of the road..

And 107 on the dreammeter on the trail.. in the U.p. on trail 3 south

Wow i think that speed was with his new s/c but i could be wrong,he ststed to me his best run to date was 122 in minn. on asphalt 1/4 mile.. ;)!

hit 110 on my speedo the other day on short rrbed stretch from mapleton 4 corners toward washburn, let off cuz only have 150 miles on it and didnt want to hold it too long ,thurs night should ride a little probably to portage for supper then this weekend will be the test when i go with my buddy ,his 800xc runs really good and i can use that as a judge based on my 03 rx1 so im anxious to get out with him to see how the rtx really goes, will let you know, radar run next sunday on portage lake, think i'll throw my studded track on and go see how it works ,trails are awesome up here in the county, took a 50 mile burn the other day, adjusted the suspension, anxious to see how my adjustments are going to pan out

I hit 123 on my apex rtx dreamometer, hard pack road with 1.5" powder. approx 300mi. on sled at the time. probably not real accurate if it is like the viper i had. That read 132 on dreamometer but only 116 on the gun. I'll experiment more when we get some ice on the lake

Hit 118 on my attak, husbands attak 120 before letting off, it is over-reving quite bad. He has clutch parts ordered from Bender, hopefully that will take care of that problem.

i was talking to dan at woody;s the other day and he said that is a non s/c or turbo attack hitting those numbers. i watched woody grass drag with his attack and that thing flys. he said all he did to it was little gearing, clutching and timing.

125 on the speedo on the railroad grade form Mercer to Hurley on the 17th of December. 480 miles on her and she was still pulling when I backed down to 115 and held it there. Revs were holding at 10,800. It was sweet while it lasted.
