I just bought the P&P yamaheater with boost, and was trying to figure out the operation as well. As I read it, there is no off for the heaters now. All the normal settings are boosted a bit, and 0 bars (off) is max heat.

That's way I take it, which has worked flawlessly for me. .last week had the kids out ridin around yard at low speeds and wasn't paying attension to the bars, the boost was on. The bars got so hot and to the point you couldn't put bare hands on the grips. Love it. Great money spent.

I have dumbo ears and added yamaheater last year. Froze my hands the first year on my Nytro, never again!
