Whats Missing????

I took my suspension out of my xtx to replace the sliders and add some extra wheels. I found that the previous owner broke a limiter strap and the dealer installed a wider one not sure why but the lugs rubbed on it and it half wore thru. Also there is a piece broken off the top of the front arm can anyone tell me what it is suppose to look like.

A flat metal loop is suppose to be there. It keeps the track from slapping against the pivot arm.
