What would be the best way to attach snow flap to the snowmobile.

Mine are still stock rivets.
But my friend used stainless allen head ¼ inch bolts with lock nuts and stainless 1 inch fender washers on the front side. Actually looks really nice.

I tried barn of parts but the one he has is beat up pretty bad. Tried another dealer for a new one and that was only $175 to my door to me thats to much for a plastic piece. Any other ideas guys.
