Where do you get premium bearings for a good price? I am looking for NTN or just as good. Thanks!

Check out Grainger industrial supply. Believe it or not, the ones that came with my spoke wheels have lasted over 4000 miles and still feel smooth.

Dang those NTN 6005's are almost 30 bucks at Grainger! Looks like I'll peel the seals and clean and re-grease em. I did see them for about $15 at some other places. I think I only paid about $30 for the spoked wheels

Make sure if you replace your bearings with non-yamaha parts your get the right seals. They make contact and noncontact seals and you need to get the right ones. The part number on the bearing will tell you which to get.

As far as pricing and where, I buy the best ones i can get from Motion Industires, NSK, Timken, or FAG and yes they are a little expensive, but what is the cost compared to peace of mind.
