where to tap into for power

i need to splice into somewhere to power the lights on my gauges. i am looking for key on power. where is the

safest place to do this. 12 volt outlet or somewhere else. they are led lights and my a/f gauge needs power also

If you don't have the 12 acc outlet there is a white plug just behind the secondary where that 12 plugs into.
