Installed te latest white knuckle exhaust on my Apex last Thursday night. Headed out to Tug Hill on Friday. The first words from the hotel owner were that the cops were on the warpath, they had lots of extra money due to the poor winter. They were writing tickets for rolling stop signs and modified exhausts. The White Knuckle is a lot louder than I expected. They tell me it's about the same as the OC-1 but I never actually heard one of those. I had an MBRP that was pretty quiet. The W-K sounds great under slow idle, and when cruising above say 30 mph. But it's loud when slow and on take-off. Too loud for the checkpoints that suddenly seem to the rage. So I guess it comes off. For sale for $375 plus shipping. It's much lighter that stock but I never weighed it.

I went throught a money block the other day with the white knuckle on and they didn't say a thing. Not sure if I was lucky or if its not so load for tickets. It would be nice to take it somewhere to have them check it to say if its to load without getting a ticket, but I'm sure they would say it was know matter what. I couldn't stand the pitch the stock can has at some rpm's. I was at 46 corners when I went throught the block.
