I need to totally re-bush the a-arm's on my 03 RX1. Who makes the best kit? Is everything included? How much $$? Where can I get one??
Thanks

Bushings
Not sure about "best" but I'm going to try the set from Pioneer Performance

The kit I got from Pioneer did not have the bulkhead bushings, which are the ones most likely worn. Also, the kit did not include the cupped washers that are used for spacers on the A-Arm Bolts.
Maybe they fixed that this year??

I just got my kit for my 03 yesterday from Pioneer and I was surprised that it was only the 16 bushings and no spacers or washers. I guess I kinda thought it would include everything.

I just installed the oilite kit from srxspec/Ulmer into my 04 Warrior, 24 bushings were in the kit, includes the bulkhead bushings, too. This took ALL the slop out of the front suspension.
Not a bad job at all to do. Hardest thing is removing the old bushings from the a-frames.
Just remove the air box to get access to the nuts on the bulkhead bolts.
I used some sockets and a rubber hammer to remove the old bushings from the bulkhead.
I also used a small press to install the new bushings into the a-frames.

I just received my kit from Pioneer and no spacers and 4 of the bushings will not fit the spindle, what a real disappointment, I will calling them. I really needed the bulk head bushings, guess I need to stop a yammi dealer..

I bought a kit from Ulmer Racing. This kit was complete and is an excellent kit! I am going to replace the bushings on my other RX-1's with the Ulmer kit also..
