Does anyone have or know where i can get the specs on the 03 rx1 front a-arm and bulkhead bushings so i can make my own on the lathe from bushing stock. thanks

Just measure the parts that you will be installing the bushings into (bulkhead, a arms.....) and the parts that will be going into the bushings ( bolts) as well as the thickness of the flanges and adjust for clearances you want. Tight fit into the bulkhead and a arms and a snug fit with easy movement for the bolt. I have been thinking about doing the same thing for my 03 but I have decided to just buy a set of oilites for the 04/05 rx1. All will fit except the top a arm ones so I will have to make them. At least that's what I have read here. I might even consider swapping out the top a arm for the 04/05 one then the whole kit will fit.
