who makes the tunnel block off kit for phazer

I seen a pic of a couple on here last week and now that I want to buy one I can`t find who had it... if I remember correct they said the kit they got was about $60.00 let me know where you got yours.. thanks guys

I would just make your own or buy the one right from Yamaha which has all kinds of heat protection others dont.Probably not needed but for price I figured why not.

I just installed the OEM tunnel kit last night. Very easy but the instructions are poor. Lots of extra heat tape to protect the areas around the seat. Well worth the $90 CDN it cost me. Since I didn't have a riveter (only thing I dont' own) I used stainless steel bolts to attach the tunnel cover.

Doesnt the Yamaha kit just do the sides, and not the actual hole?

It does the hole and adds an extra heat shield under the seat. There is another kit to divert the ice/water back into the tunnel (I had those on mine) but they didn't really work.

Thanks, good info. I have a home built cover on the rear, and will stick with that for now. Hard to believe the difference in prices on that first link though, brutal.
