So, as a bit of a "Grand Opening" for PsychoSled Industries, I thought I might run a bit of a special for all my buddies here at TY...

I have 6 sets of satin black 2010 - 2012 Skinz Airframe running boards in stock, and if you are a TY member, you can pick up a set for $459.95 + shipping (IN STOCK!!).

PM me if you are interested!

Thanks,

Moto

yippie ,

can't wait for them moto , my days of standing on frozen ice and hard packed snow is just about coming to a end , 6 to 8 days from now ,

i think i'll still get some trips in to try them out , it will kill me to see that sled sit all summer and not ride it after i do the install, so it's off to revy for me to end my season of riding

What product lines will you be carrying?

Probably most of the ones you have bashed, complained about, and downtrodden in the last few months...

Are you going to follow me around to ALL of the forums and make my life miserable? I haven't even opened yet, and you are on me like buzzards on a Sh*tcart. What gives?

BTW, is it Denver, or Utah, or Iowa, or Kansas that you come from? Same username - different locations... Tom kinda frowns on dishonesty with TY4Stroke... We're kinda a family around here.

ya he is hammering you isnt he! why wouldnt you be happy that there is going to be a new face, with more options to purchase from? i cant wait until you open

Too many people in any one industry is not a good thing. A good amount is nice but when it gets too many everyone suffers including the consumer.

I'd love to hear how more companies competing for your business is bad for the consumer. ...or are you going to quote Marx?

First off I would like to say that I should have made my comment more specific initially. I am not saying that Moto is (or is not) too many in this arena just trying to state a point. Just commenting on the comment itself.

Revster, if you ever owned a business where there were too many people around you doing the same thing then you would understand what I am talking about as I am in that situation personally right now. Much of America I think is in that situation right now.

The problem lies not in having too many places to go but what starts to happen when there is. Suddenly business owners start taking a step back and saying to themselves, "What am I going to do about business being down." If a business is being run correctly they should already be setting their prices at a point where it is fair to the customer and the business. What often happens at that point is some of the really good businesses may end up falling away. Why? Because many businesses have no problem with lowering their standards of parts or workmanship in order to lower the price and still passing it off as the best quality. The guy who tries to do it right has to put so much effort into getting the consumer to see that there really is a difference between what he is pushing and what the hackjob guy is pushing.

So yes it is bad when there gets to be too many of any given business out there.

I was just talking to a guy the other day who told me how he likes to go into a retail store to check stuff out and then gets on Amazon and orders it there to save a few bucks. If you are one of those guys you probably can't see where I am coming from, because you just don't understand why there is a problem with that.

coming from someone that owns a business , i hear ya , of course you'd like to have no one else selling your products ,

to me thats just not good ,
now coming from someone like myself and i'd think 99% of the people , it's always good to have more dealers, retailers , ''why'' as it's just better prices , better respect , and keeps those who do sell stuff not to take our money as buyers for granted , those who make it deserve to make it

just my 2 cents worth

Actually judger101's comment was specifically about moto opening a new business and you quoted that comment. This entire thread is on that topic. We are talking about moto's business not yours. My comment was actually rhetorical anyways.

Personally I am excited about motos business because I have dealt with him thru OFT and I know he only puts out quality products and has great customer service.
