Wideband O2 question

When i let off the throttle my wideband O2 goes to approx. 15-16 for a split second. Is this normal due to chopping the throttle? second questions what is everyone running for readings at different rpms? like idle/mid/WFO.

I would not bother with that!


My bender EFI controler is much much worse than that!
