Will the warrior suspension bolt into the RX1 or do I need to Modify it?

The mounting pionts in the rear are different, it will not bolt in.

You'll most likely have to use the Warrior drop brackets.

Thanks for the info Sounds like an extension kit is the easiest route. does anyone know if you can go from 121 to 144?

An proper 136" Warrior skid is far superior to an extended 121".
It'sa not hard to relocate the rear drop brackets, just measure the round-about location that need form a stock Viper, drill out the four rivet, remove the two bolts and move that sucker in the tunnel.
It can be easily done with the stock RX-1 121" brackets, you just have to move them.
