Will it work??

I got a set of Wahl Bros. extroverts and the hole in them measures 1 inch. My shaft is 1 1/16. I know that these things have to be a damn tight press fit but is this too tight?? Will it go on?? Anyone up against this yet??

I got the drivers from a guy on doo talk. They are brand new. Only number I can find on them is

Way, way too tight. This goes well beyond a press-fit.

have these on my doo. thats the amount of press. i thought the same thing but they pressed right on no problems. in service for 5 years and 1500 miles no problem! was told they are for 1 1/16 to 1 1/8 shaft dia. if you dont have at least 1 1/16 they will spin...

That is the right size driver. I put whal extros on my MtMax and thats the size I used. They go on hard, but not that hard. Make sure you get them spaced right. Eric
