Will TORS stop the sled from starting

I have a 2006 Apex GT. I loaded on the trailer and the next day I was 100 miles away from home and tried to start it on the trail and it wouldn't start. Can the TORS keep it from starting . I had no cold 84. The sled would turn over and over and almost run on the starter. I would appreciate help thank you very much.

It shouldn't but why don't you bypass it to check.
