anyone know if a nytro windsheild will fit on an 04 rx-warrior?? i put a 7 inch fly riser with a set of fly aero taper bars on and i have the low cut rx windsheild on now and i can't get my handgaurds to clear it. any suggestions??

Take a dremmel tool and cut it to what clearance you need. The trim comes off and you can reinstall it when you're done. If you like the nytro shape go copy it. If you screw up you're not out anything.

I did it to mine when I added a 5" Rox riser and it works and looks great.

i just ordered a nytro windshield and handguards for my RX. never got them on yet

unfortunatly i do not own a dremmel tool yet, do you think a jig saw with a metal blade would get the job done??

Sure, just file the rough edges before you put the edge trim back on.

Test an inconspicuous spot first. I have tried to cut Plexiglass with a jig saw and the coarse blade just chipped the heck out of it.

Mark out with tape how you want it to look, then use tin snips. I would think that a jig saw might crack the shield.

if the windsheild is at room temp or warmer tin snips will cut it just fine.
