Won't start - no power to dash

08 FX, OK, no power to dash or starter 98% of the time. I've replaced all the relays by the ECU, the starter relay had green fuzz, took it apart and cleaned it, tore apart the key switch and it was fine, checked small fuses by brake rotor, main fuse and fuses on starter relay too.
Battery is good, I turn the key on and wiggle everything, tap on everything and nothing.
The plug to the starter relay has 4 volts with the key on to the BL/WT and R/WT and get nothing to the R/GN in any key position. I assume I should get 12 volts and get power to the other terminal in the start position ?
Key switch looks good, not wore out, any ideas ?
I dielectric every thing at least once a year.

I haven't tried the kill switch, thats next I guess but my dash should still light up, yes ?

If the kill switch is down there shouldn't be any power to anything on the sled.

The black wire on the starter relay that goes to the starter,take the wire off and give it 12 volts and see if the starter cranks over.I have seen it twice when the starter packs in it kills the sled completely.There is also an updated starter relay for these sleds.

Yes, I can crank it over crossing the terminals, would this relay effect the dash display too ?

According to the wiring diagram the power goes through the relay then gets distributed through out the machine...

I have an 08 fx too and this year same problem in th emiddle of no where got lucky wiggle the wires from the ignition switch where they plug into the wiring harnes , and been running since ..I think its the connection in the plug from the ign switch ???
