Thank you ver much. I never would have found that site through Google. Any recomendations on the length of the carbide going with a 136" track, unstudded?. I like the idea of dooley's. I now have 4" and was wondering if 6" would be better.

Boston RX1, I went all last season without studs since my lugs were begining to tear and it was going to be warrantied. The only problem I had was when we rode the lake, I spun out more times than I cared for; even put the sled on its side once. But, then I had to replace my wear bars since the stock ones did not last very long. I went with Woodys' 8 inch Doolys. Not only did they help with the darting, but I was amazed to how well they kept the front end straight while riding the lake. I think with those 4 lines of carbides (two on each side), it was almost impossible for the sled to spin out like it did when I had the standard wear bars. Another reason I went with the 8" doolys is because I do plan on studding my new track. Now, with you not studding your 136", you could probably get by with the 6" doolys and still be very pleased. However, with the longer track, you may want to consider the 8" especially if there is minimal price difference between the two.

What's the price of the 6' and 8" doolys?

You might want to check with BlueByYou2000 since he is a member on this forum and does sell aftermarket parts; although I'm not sure if he is a Woodys dealer. Otherwise, you can check with ShadeTree or Dennis Kirt. ShadeTree had the 8" doolys for $65 US per wear bar. Dennis Kirk had the 4" doolys for $47 per bar, 6" doolys for $55 per bar, and the 8" doolys for $73 per bar (all in US dollars). Hope this helps.

A good price on the woody dooly's is 6"-$45, 8-$59
I'm going to run the 6" on a unstudded Warrior.

Touched, where are you getting your prices from? I might be interested in the 6".
