It's pretty annoying when peeps call it something it isn't. Blame it on "TO FAST TOO FURIOUS"

If you say nos at the local race track you might get kicked.

N.O.S. refers to Holley's, Nitrous Oxide Systems, brand of nitrous oxide kits.

Just type nitrous or N2O for short and it will clear this whole thing up. :ORC

How true. I also get a kick out of the non motor head public that think of Nitrous as the evil of all evils and often confuse the term with "nitro". Some even think the stuff is explosive! You are right about the movie. It over glamorized the stuff. Its an oxidizer, thats all, nothing more, nothing less.
