XF 7000, just bought one!

That sounds good, I noticed that the sled was revving fairly high on the lake today and I was only doing about 90km/hr.

I'd see if your cat dealer will install the 60gram cat weights. If they're a good dealer they will. I've also noticed my XF is putting out more power every time I ride it. I think they take about 1,000 miles before they're fully broken in and making max power. You want to be at about 8,800 RPMs. That's where the power is. If you hit the rev limiter or see 9,000 rpms, you need to adjust you're clutching to get the rpms back down. My XF only has 600 miles on it.

Thanks guys, for now the only thing I know I want to work on is transfer. I like to have the front end come up on command, and this thing is planted! I can't believe how alive the suspension feels in the ruts made by ATVs on the lake. It has a new belt so I haven't pushed for top end yet, but I blamed the dead stiff front end on the Nytro on the air shocks but wow these things work on this Pro-cross chassis.

And it begins.
Look at the Evol type chambers from Hygear and make the floats even better.

For the transfer you are looking for a shock revalve is needed at least rear. Then for more guys take out limiter blocks and for me a heavier center shock spring adjusted for transfer. Do it in off season and just enjoy your awesome sled this winter. When ready give me a call or PM me for the shock work. Ride, ride, ride!

So it's safe to remove the coupler blocks and the shaft? I removed them from my Nytro and it was way better. Thanks.

What about the tri hub? Mine still has it and the bearings look like it isn't too old. Am I safe to run just two idlers at the back?

tri hub wont last long regardless of what they look like...bearings are to small.....i wouldnt remove the transfer shaft, i pulled my blocks but i left the shaft.

I 100% suggest sending your shocks to be revalved so nice im in love with the sled all over again

So you just let the rear arm bottom on the shaft? Can you hear that when you ride? I do see that most guys go to a forth wheel kit.on the back.
