Put some chrome on it and it may not be so bad Heh heh.
No seriously folks, that is the beauty of a forum like this, if you are heading for a f' up, somebody will set you straight. ;)!

Can we still do it still do the Hartman battery as a group buy, huh, can we ,huh, huh???

I like Hartman alot any way I'll call him and see what kind of price for 4-6 units.

I'm not an RX owner but I have a battery or two that you guys may be abel to use. If it is a possible choice i will give away a few for you to try and it can be a field test. (U pay for shipping).

I also have chargers that can be hooked up to the battery and put on charge for ever as they go to trickle after the battery reaches 14.7 volts or close to 14.7. I would have to look at the chart again for sure.

I do not know what the dimentions or the weight is of the stock rx battery so i will just give the details of the two batteries that I have available and you guys can tell me if its worth it or not.

If these are a possible choice and Mr Sled wants one that would be one of the testers for this battery.

also these are not made for the RX so you would have to make your own connections but if this works out these are a hell of allot cheaper than the batteries that have been talked about.

The two batteries are both 12volt of course. The small one is a 12v 8ah that weighs 6.10 lbs
The larger one is a 12v 12ah that weighs 9.35 lbs.
they do not have a cca rating.

The dimentions of the small 8ah battery are 6 inches long, 3.75 tall and 2.5 wide.

The larger 12ah battery is 6 inches long, 3.75 tall and 3.75 wide.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YA THINK.

NOTE - I see I only have two post on here but you can check me out on the TY FORUM and Mr sled knows me too.

I might be one of the leading battery thread helper-outers. I'd like to try the 6 pounder. Are they lead acid, gel cell? No prob for me to hook anything up. I'll gladly pay shipping and whatever. Im at the IL-WI border right on Lake M, so not too far from you. I was in Ft. W just last week working at Do It Best Corp. and Wise Business Forms
Thanks
Mike
