I have no experience with the XTX, but I have the LTX DX that I ran with Tuners last year, and Mohawks this year. I have 8" Bergstrom triple point carbides on the Mohawks, and the sled handles like a dream, without any apparent increase in the steering effort over the Tuners. I agree with you, the Mohawks are a lot better than the stock Tuners. Why should I run with the stock skies? Mohawk is allot better. Have tried 75/150 in front, all from 70 to 150psi in center and 120-150psi in rear still hard steering like he'll it doesn't do so much. The stock skies are even harder to steer with. Gonna weight my snowmobile in front center and rear to see how much weight I have on the front. I still think I need to switch out the front spindles to get rid of the problem

No I'm not, on hard packed in deep snow it is hard steering. It is just that I need to use a lot more force on the handle bar then on a ltx for example but it's not darting or something like that the sled doesn't seem to be heavy in front it's just that it's hard steered

I also have two air shocks under my skid, I do not have a spring shock in front of my skid,I have a 2016 XTX LeAnd let me make sure I understand this. You are running 150 in your main chamber of your center evol???? Seems awful high
The front I run 100/50 and rear 200/100, still playing with it, but not too bad. I run 150/75 in my front shocks.
Steering is not too bad so, far, but as I said, still playing and only have 80 miles so far
