Short track mountain sled. Gonna be great in the 160+ inches we get yearly. Can't wait to see them!

I cant see any difference from the SE to the LE on the belly pan area where the skid plate would attach . I am going to do some more measuring today since we have a XTX SE and a XTX LE now

Same here. I have been wondering the same thing since seeing the accessory catalog. Must be the differences in the pro cross and pro climb chassis but what are those differences????Your sled looks amazing! Have you noticed any differences from the le and the se other than the longer tunnel? I am still wondering why the skid plate for the XTX se wont fit the XTX le?

As you can see there is no visible difference in belly pan where the skid plate attaches. ( Orange is 2015 XTX LE and the Blue is a 2015 XTX SE )

Is not this should be a 42 " front as stock? How it is only 40"? Glad to hear. They told me in last spring when I ordered mtx.

Its 40 inch spindle to spindle on the XTX LE do to the shorter A-arms The Specs on the Yamaha web site are wrong, no surprise there.

Yamaha-motor canada site is correct. 40-41.
I wanted this stance when I ordered it and was concerned/wondering what it would actually be when it arrived. Especially with the confusion of the differing web sites.
So glad to see its 40-41.
Yet another reason why I can't wait to get this sled.

At least the Canada site got the right specs. I was not expecting the 40 but I am glad it came that way, its going to be a lot of fun boondocking

Thanks for posting the pics. Nice to see the 2 sleds for comparison. I am glad to hear the narrower ski stance also. I am hoping my dealer calls soon!

The 40-41 I think is the best of both worlds. I do about 50/50 trail and Boondocking/cross country riding.
I really think yammy got a real winner here.....or at least I hope they do....lol!!
This is the first time over the many years of sledding that I can say I have (on paper) bought a sled that should fit my riding style perfectly. Usually there's always something to change before I use it.
On paper for now at least this sled should be what myself and I would expect a lot of others will be looking for.

Why no torsion bar on the SE...?

Those are for the guys who trail ride, they keep the sled level in the turns by adding down pressure to the outer ski.. We ride mostly all back country in the powder so with the sway bar removed the sled becomes easier to flick around for slide hilling ,carving , uphill turns, etc. I have removed the LE bar also
