XTX limiter straps

Hello, last year I had the dreaded limiter strap fail and all the things that go with it. I replaced them with a generic brand and matched the holes. I am getting the sled ready to and noticed they've started to tear again. I'm going to buy the yamaha factory ones to replace them. Can someone advise what hole is the standard setting? Thanks

Mine is in the top hole (stock). I replaced both last year.

Double them up. If you google kkraus limiter strap fix I think it will bring up what he has done as have many others since. I broke one and snaped a homemade one shortly after. I picked up another oem one and doubled them up with what I had and so far haven't had any troubles. It's been 6 months since I looked at the sled so can't help right now with what hole I've got mine in.

I think you find that most have outside hole or pulled one hole
