21/39 is supposed to be stock... and I ran 19/39 at ten thousand feet with the stock chain last week. All they changed in the clutch was the rivets in the weights they said.
On hard pack trail at 10,000 feet I saw 87 mph at about 8600 rpm and the speed was still climbing. This was with a 136 2" challenger track on a rtx. And it seemed to rev out pretty well in the really heavy snow we had...I didn't read the actual rpms though, My eyes are not good enough to read that pathetic excuse of a tach.

Call ulmer racing for gears, You should only need to change your top gear. Might have to change the chain but he can also help you figure that out.
