XTX suspension set up's

Just bought my first Yamaha and was looking for some sugestions on suspension set-up. I put a Back Country on and a set of C&A Razors (white) looks awesome. After over 25 years with Cat's, this is the best looking sled, in my opinion, on the snow. Just hoping it handles as good as my last sled.

I dialed the shock out back to full hard and the fronts I set the dials in the middle with the preload a little slack. In fresh snow you'll love the sled or on a freshly groomed trail. Doesn't feel as good on ice. Fuel consumption is very good.

 

[Sticks in the Face]

The sticky's a good place to start - otherwise it of course heavily depends on weight, riding style and personal tastes from there just alike any other sled.

I few additional items I would note:

1.) These sleds don't need much if any ski pressure added
2.) Check the setting on your limiter as not bringing this in some will just create a wheelie machine
3.) I've never ridden a torsion spring skid on any less than a "hard" setting - sometimes I even wonder why they have two other settings
