You need to adjust the transfer rods in the rear suspension. Check your manual if you are not sure, set transfer toward max and wheelie!

Do you increase the weight transfer or decrease it?

correct me if im wrong but increased transfer will compress the suspension more when you give it gas which will pick your front end up

When you loosten the front limiter straps on your rear suspension, it will allow more weight to transfer to the back when you are on the throttle. This will allow you to pull wheelies. The problem is that it will reduce significantly reduce ski pressure at mid and full throttle when riding, loosing mid to high speed cornering.
