Yamaha apex snow flap bracket

Is there anyone making a heavier duty snow flap bracket? I keep breaking mine in half from the flexing

The newer ones have the holes filled in and are cheaper than the older ones. Have you been replacing it with the ones with the holes punched out?

I remade my own out of 1/8" alum....Just copied the original and have had 0 issues. I have not seen anyone making them and selling them.
