bought my first yamaha this year..apex rtx....but my question is i see all this discussion on the mono shock ride and weight transfer.....i know how to setup the monoshock for my weight,but where should i put the transfer at,i like to ride the trails fast over moguls and through the twisties and when i line up next to my buds i want the apex to ripp my arms off..can i have the best of both worlds

I messed around with my transfer a fair bit yesterday and i found it to be best for me right in the middle
or maybe a little bit on the max side. Seemed to grip and take off great!

It's so easy to adjust (after the first time when you break the thing loose from the death grip that the Yamaha Sumo Wrestlers tighten it with) that you should just play with it until you like it. Conditions really affect it too.
