Yamaha nytro mtx 162 2013
i am New to yamaha 4 - stroke.
nytro mtx 162 2013, slede is Stock.
its a 2013 with low milage, 1000km.
Drive belt was completely worn out. I think that is weird, not used to worn belts soo fast.

You're not clutched properly

What is your elevation that you ride at. Check your springs and see what color paint code is on them. What is your secondary spring tension. Stock is set at 3 and 3. Are your primary weights empty or do they have rivets in them. What kind of RPM are you running wide open. Full rpm should be around 8800 - 9000 rpm and what is your shift rpm.

Hi, i ride in elevation 0-4000ft(mostly in 500-2500ft) i checked and my dealer said my sled was setup with a black/white spring with 3 in the secondary and black/green primary spring.
I am not shure about my weights.
I was hitting 8500-8600rpm on the trail with fresh powder(loose trail) my engagement RPM is 3400.

Is it a stock Yammie belt? What do you mean by worn out? Direction correct?

Did you measure the belt. New I think are 34.5 mm +/- .6mm. I have 2200 miles on a belt and it measures 34.33 mm so I shimmed the secondary to raise the belt and will use it for the rest of this winter.
