Alright so i recently just purchased a brand new 2014 zr 7000 for $7k and have been reading up on the gearing. this thread also applies to my buddies 2015 viper who says he has a 21/49 ratio (which is the same as my 7000) i thought the vipers were different but anyway, i want to try a 24/47 ratio with a clutch kit so i dont lose any low end power. i know one guy in a thread tried the 24/49 with a 92p chain but would like to keep my stock chain and just buy the sprockets. has anyone tried this?
Would this sprocket work?? same spline and width as the viper and 7000's

Keep using that search button. Lots of info on this site.
Here's a calculator that will help:
https://venomproducts.com/index.php/support/gearing-calculator/
10.16 center distance, 2.86 pitch, AFAIK.
Probably other gears that fit the chain ya got.

Pertinent info starts in section 3. Just be careful you get the correct, stronger Yamaha chains and sprockets.

No. Works with older Cat Pro Climb with out reverse.

You need Borg Warner gears.

If I were buying a new set of gears and chain it would either be directly from a Sidewinder or a new 9000.15 wide and then you avoid the confusion of whether or not its the Borg Warner or not also.
