Going around and greasing all the zirc fittings on the suspension when I came to one and there is a paper thin slice hole where the fitting connects to the bar of the suspension. So whenever I put grease in it, of course it comes out the thin cut and not out the ends where it should go. Is there any way to fix this, maybe putting epoxy on it ot something else???

Thanks!!!

X2 on the JB weld. I am assuming you probably mean the small pivot arm that the bottom of the rear torque arm mounts too? (See part #37 in diagram) That is where my zerk was leaking too. I had the dealer order me a new one (because of the leak) and the new piece came exactly the sam, leaking at the zerk. So I took the new piece and added the JB Weld.....hasn't leaked since.

yes....most of my arm zerks leaked...done right j.b. weld is a decent "patch"..
I removed my arms for powder coating and welded nuts to them...then threaded zerks onto..
permanant fix..

My dealer just welded my zerks under warranty.
