I used a channel locks and bent the clutch guard down about 3/4” in down about a 1/4”

You should be 0 when your not touching throttle and 99-100 when full throttle. I will have to look when I get home but I think it’s with sled power on not started hold bottom left and right buttons and it will pull up diagnostics then scroll threw to tps

Are you asking about the tps system? In diagnostic mode you can check throttle position from 0% to 100%

its easy to take out about a ten min job I would think you would have the new back in in about that time also

Could also be the skid is not in the right spot lower front and middle back Edit xtx issue

combs i would take a look at a parts diagram like babbitts or what ever that will show you were the clips and washers go inside the chain case its about the best way to find out wear all the parts should be
