Yeah, I was hoping for a better year when the cold came in November but it just keeps fluctuating and we keep having less and less snow. It's becoming very disappointing. I have the cottage in Québec which is where my sled is but it's not any better there either....

I ended up getting a press lol made the swap today and it was pretty satisfying pressing the new ones in. Just have to clean the rust of the collars that sit on each end before installing them.

I'm with you on that one! Polaris makes a lot of junk products.. I would most likely go over to Arctic Cat since they rock Yamaha engines or go over to BRP since they're Canadian but that won't be for a long while...

For the cogs you mean? Do they really wear out that fast? I would have figured they'd last longer.

I went over my track and it's in good condition, all the clips are in place and not bent so that's good.

Yeah they are pretty worn and they only have 24,000 km's on em... I bought the sled with 23,000 km's on it. I took a few measurements and wrote them all down. Ill make sure to check the track. I bought new cogs so I won't be using these again.

Thank you, good to know. My cogs wore out a little strangely so I need to see what caused it. I haven't yet, I'm going to do then myself. I'm attempting to press the old ones out today if I'm successful, I do not have a press so I'm going to Jimmy-rig one.

I'm back with a small update and correction. I referred to the incorrect bearing in my post. It is actually the lower back case bearing (93306-205A9) that I had removed with only one side having a seal. The bearing I received came in a genuine yamaha box with the part bunker above, the bearing...

I decided to change my cogs while I have everything apart due to replacing all of the bearings on the drive shafts and chain case. I noticed that there's a bit of side to side freeplay when you line up the cogs/driveshaft within the track. Is that normal or should there be no play at all? Thanks
