    Will trail tank fit

Yes the tank will fit with your supercharger and it's well needed. With my MPI Stage one set up and trail tank I use approx. 2 gallons per tank more than my friends with stock Nytro's.

    Starter replacement

Thanks for the information OTM. I have replaced the relay and solenoid a few weeks ago. It's good to know they maybe related to starter issues with brushes. I was hoping to get by with a brush kit, however mine actually came apart internally, magnets let loose from the housing causing it to...

    Starter replacement

Starter replacement OEM vs Aftermarket Thanks again Kope for your reply. I was able to shave a little more time off the project and succeeded with pulling the starter out myself. I removed the front motor mount bolts from the bottom end, loosed up the steering shaft and placed a floor jack...

reverse or engaging the reverse gear

Small hole using a die grinder from the inside of foot wheel worked great! Problem solved.

    fox floats

I would start out at 70 LBS and make small adjustments until it feels right to the rider.

    Ready to jump ship

Couple things to try. 1st thing going to a Nytro is back off on the throttle slowly and use your brake and body to turn. Woody dully carbides will help take the wiggle out and eliminate the darting with stock ski's. My experience with the three Nyto's I have owned is the harder you ride it the...

    Belt or clutch issue

I had similar issues with my Nytro's until I installed vents to cool it down. It also increased the belt life. I removed the foam insulation on the side panel, installed two vents in the front and one on the side. Drilled holes in the top pod cover panel. Big difference!

Help locating a MPI 27T pulley and taper lock

1st ride after complete overhaul of my MPI super charged Nytro. 1ST 100 miles was awesome until the taper lock came apart destroyed the top pulley. I see MPI has a TSB 502B on the installation on the pulleys. Looking for a 27T pulley and taper lock. Any help finding one this week would be...

Barker exhaust vs stock with Super Charger

Ulmer was very helpful with changes to my clutch set up, MPI was also helpful with pulley changes for a slight de-tune for trail reliability. I'm also running the Stage one, header, gems controller, extra cooler, fuel pump, cold air intake kit with full gauge package. I already have the Barker &...

Barker exhaust vs stock with Super Charger

Looking for advise on weather to run stock muffler or use a Barker muffler. Sled is far from stock already and herd I may not want to run anything but a stock muffler with my MPI Super Charger. Any advise? Tnks

    Side of track wear?!?!?!?

Normal, always have this with new sleds. It won't cause any issues with the track. Think it's ice build up.

    2008 vs 2009 Nytro

2009 hands down will handle better. 5800 miles on the 08 with a lot of suspension adjustments, ski upgrade, and still handled poorly. 1000 miles on the 09, small adjustments, stock skis' awesome!
