20 miles on Tug w/ new Phazer

Don't know about your area, but the trails around here (central NY, Tug hill, Old Forge) opened last monday.

bought the rear heat exchanger kit

Still gotta do it on the Apex. You can't get the stock crossover tube out without opening up one side. It's very minor and can be done with a hacksaw blade.

    removing sticker question

I use a heat gun (carefully of course) and clean up any left over glue with WD-40. It works fast and won't hurt anything. Wax and grease remover works great too if you have some.

    APEX REAR HEAT EXCHANGER

That picture is from an Apex GT. It goes right in front of the snow flap. If your studs hit it there, you got bigger problems bud!

Rash, How thick was the shim you put in? I started with 1/4 inch and ended up with about 3/8 inch before it got rid of all the darting.

GT riders, could you please help this guy

Tightening up the rebound will help a little, but there's no way a semi-agressive rider can keep from bottoming with that stock spring. Go with the heavier spring. There's no con's to it, just pros!

Insurance costs on the big guns.

I don't think anyone has coverage for their sled on their homeowners. It's a totally seperate policy. The company just requires that you have your homeowners and auto policies with their company also. They are totally seperate. At least mine are.
