My 2017 did the same thing. I switched to a Dalton Black/Blue in the primary and it is much better but not completely gone. I think you might have to go to one of the soft start springs to eliminate it altogether. It is really annoying though when your clutch engagement is at the exact RPM...

You may have gotten your belt wet. Once it's wet it's going to slip and get hot. If you are in deep snow a lot maybe try and seal up the clutch area the best you can. Also, like you already said you could tighten up your secondary spring a hole or two if you are going to be pulling or...

Probably fouled the plugs. They don't like to started and then shut down without being warmed up. Maybe old gas too?

that seems a little tight. might be worth just opening it up a little,especially if turning the bars all the way is stretching the cable.

Check your throttle cable to make sure it's not hung up on anything or hasn't come out of where it seats down by the steering shaft. My Viper did this when I first got it. Good luck!

The nuts on that relay work loose sometimes. I check mine every year and tighten them up.
