just finished install and the gap between the ic and the hood is a lot. what are people doing to seal up the gap? ive seen the stock airbox lid used and wondering if this allows enough air to i/c ? do people just leave it open ? i ride deep pow 90% of the time and have snow over the hood...

thanks hammer once again that was the explanation i was looking for. whats the cost of this bov that you have on your i/c and is this a highly recommended item for the throttle chop problem? opinions please
this is an apex fuel injected. so do i need to t into intercooler or can i tap into vaccum lines behind the f/e rail? the port off the bottom of the intercooler is used for the mpi efi controller. still confused as to where exactly to tap in.
just bought a s/c for my 07 mtn looks as though the belts could be replaced.anyone have the part belt numbers to order from local parts supplier? how much do they cost and where do you s/c guys buy them?
also curious about the special transmission fluid used in the s/c?
i think the one he is talking about is from mpi. it connects into the headlight socket on any 2 smoke sled converts the ac to dc for recharge but not for a jump start will only recharge low battery will not boost one.
just looking over the sled and noticed the drop brackets have a second set of holes below the holes that the skid is now mounted in. why wouldnt the bottom hole be better to put the skid in ? weight transfer? they now have a skid plate over the support that was chewing up last years track. my...
