I was buying sliders for my 04 RX1 today. Yamaha dealer was telling me that the sliders for the 05-06 will fit on the 04. I took a look at the two and it appears that the rail size is the same the only difference that I see is that the 05 sliders are wider at the bottom. Question. Will they...
I would get the Yamaha cover. $13,000 plus for the machine I would spend the extra $130. Not sure how well the generic covers fit but you certainly don't want it flapping around on the highway. My two cents worth.
First thing you have to do is re-size your photo. I re-size mine to Width 800 & Length 600. Click on add an attachment. Click on browse and then find your re-sized photo on your hard drive. Add it and submit. Good luck.
I keep hearing about some oil buring issues with the 03 and a change of rings with the 04-05. I had an 03 with 3600 miles when I got rid of it and now an 04 with 4,000 miles. Niether have any oil buring issues. Does anyone have any oil burning issues with the 04 or 05 ???
