i agree. but for mountain trail riding in trees and with steep switch backs the thing kills it. i found that consistent low torque spinning of the track in deep powder yelded the best results for trail breaking. if you gun it while breaking trail in certain situations it starts to dig with two...
HYFLR sweet write up and review... thanks. i feel pretty much the same way about the sled. except that it is enough power for me right now for backcountry snowboard access and boondocking. we've done a lot of tandem trail breaking with it and it has done pretty well. much better w/ solo rider...
day 3 and 4 on the mtn lite did not suck. i think i have like 85-90 miles pow riding down now. no major problems, sled works great tandem riding and also tandem riding while towing another. questions, just ask.

just didn't like the windsheild and i like getting pow in my face all day!! :) in that 3rd pic on my site it doesn't show a large amount of snow at all. you have to know that this was like 4 hours or so into the trip riding pow. also the sled was parked in that spot for 30 mins or so while it...
oh yeah. it feels so good in powder. floats really well. there is plenty of power and i didn't even open it completely. maybe hit 9k rpm a couple of times
when you get on it at any rpm range the thing really takes off, i didn't try and get the skis off the ground but i think it could easy. it...
