We have not seen the HP specs and weight specs. Maybe they got some additional power out of the motor. Has anyone seen what they are offering for Spring ordering a 2014?
Maybe there are some changes that were made to the chasis that has not been mentioned. They had to fit the nitro motor into it. We have not seen the Cat 2014 line up maybe they will be all DI 2strokes and Yamaha is all 4strokes so they are not the same. I cannot see them both having the same...
By now the magazines have seen the 2014s but sign releases not to say a word about them. There is an interesting actical on Supertrax today "What if Yamaha built a 2Stroke again".

Well we will soon see on March 2nd. If they do put a new front end on the Nytro I would put money that it would be the RTXSE for 2013 and on the rest for 2014.
Did any of you guys ever think maybe they will only put the new front suspension on the 2013 FX Nytro RTXSE and then add in to the rest for 2014? That is the sled they race after all.
How long does everyone think it will be until Yamaha carries over the crossplane crankshaft technology, fly by wire technology or rider-selectable throttle control maps to program performance characteristics for riding conditions from the R1 over to snowmobiles? Or even a better question what...
Has anyone installed one on there apex I am having an issue with the secondary spring being to tight and I cannot get the belt on. The spring is set to where the directions say at 0 and 2. Can someone help me?
I do not think they can race in the 600 class because of the displacment of the motor. I do not know why they do not do the samething they did in motorcross with the 450 fourstrokes against the 250s.
From what I have been told Yamaha did try the twin 450 configuation in early season testing but there was way to much vibration so that is when they went with the current race motor. This info came from a yamaha rep.
