What did you do with the plastic cover that fits right in the front of the sled in front of the engine where the charge tube passes through into the bottom of the intercooler? I left mine off for now but a lot of snow is getting in there.

I have heard varying reports on how good the MCX clutching works, especially for ditch banging and trail riding, ie non mountain riding on an FX. Did your clutch kit come with the turbo or did you purchase it afterwards? Any idea on cost of the MCX clutching?

Update! Pulled the cam cover off and the oil tank and lined up the timing mark and the cams were off a tooth. Not sure how, because everything was lined up when it was put together but the only thing I didn't do was turn the engine over and check them after the tensioner was put in. So...

This is what I am using and it works pretty good inside my Oneal MX helmet. I scabbed in an HJC breath deflector as well and use the Scott snowmobile goggles with the dual pane lens that changes color depending on brightness.

Just installed my turbo, double checked all wiring when i did it. Turns over great, but will not start. What am i missing? Should I throw new spark plugs in? I'm at a loss.

Anyone have any experience on what clutch kit to use and do you have a starting point? I'm putting an MCX turbo on an 07 FX with 1.5" Freeride track and riding at 1600' elevation. Thanks, Bruce

Anybody have recommendations on where to start as far as clutching an 07 Phazer FX with MCX turbo? I am running everything else stock except for the 1.5" freeride track. A Is any clutch kit better than another?

Anybody have any tips on the cams and drilling the holes out to adjust the cam timing?

I picked mine up from a local dealer. They have had it sitting on the shelf for a while. They got it from Prince George Yamaha and they sent the updates for the kit as well.

Any tips, tricks or hints to make the installation of the MC Xpress turbo go well on an 07 Phazer FX? Thanks
