Broken w bar on 97 XTC,98 SX,99 Sx,2000 SXR,2001 SRX,so basically every Yama we have owned had to weld some more then once.But they have gotten away from the w bar in the 06 thank god.

I like the Rage better for an all around sled,better flotation,I don't find it tippy after you dial it in,lot better ride on the bumps,don't notice the longer track on the crocked trails and the 06 thank god they got away from that W-bar.I ordered an 06 rage today. :4STroke:

No taking the dock across the lake to store in the cove is a very sad day to,course thats the same as taking boat out,which is the next step.But that means pack up move home summmers over.We live at camp from May til Sept. so summers fun.

:Rockon: The last big Horrah,what a gorgous weekend to end on.It is warming up and suppose to rain,and Tues. we are headed for the Fl. Keys!But was great riding conditions this weekend,couldn't ask for better weather.

:yam: I would have to say the Rage will give you both advanges,and as far as trail ride it is more than cushy on the bumps,alot better then the short track,and with the 136 track which is a med. length you can't even tell it's longer on the twisty,turny trails,it's awesome.Then you can float on...

Is there anything outa there that'll fit the 05 RAGE?Where?

I'm not asking if there the same as far as handling,I'm saying what ones if any will fit on the 05 rage?I know that there's better flotation,my husbands old 97 XTC has cat mt. skiis on it and he wants to get them for his rage.

These for RX-1 or will they fit 05 Rage to?

Will the wider skiis fit the 05 Rage?If so where and what kind to get? :4STroke:

?are they better to put on skiis or rails?Have some haven't mounted them yet,just wondered which place is better.

When the check engine light is on there is a service code that shows up on the bottom of the speedo display.I don't know what all the numbers are but a yama dealer should be able to point you in the right direction using that code. :Rockon:

There's no rear heat exchanger in the 05 rages and my husbands hasn't overheated yet. ;)!

What altitude?When my husband gets up about 2,500-3,000 ft. above sea level his runs pretty fat. :?

:yam: Ok I went to the sno-deo Sat. as we do every year,We flew in with the red/blk. plane.We refuse to reg. in N.H. to;not going to pay that kinda money when we have all we need in Maine.That whole thing happened just because some political A@@ was sleeping with anothers political a@@'s wife...

:yam: By looking at the wiring diagram, the Blue wire that comes from the Load Control Relay to the Fuesbox must have a Short to the Chassis, because all of the secondary circuits are protected by its individual fues. The only exception to this is the Red wire that powers the Load Control...
