I just use a 2X4 under the rear bumper, to keep the track off the floor; and dollies under the skis. I also put mothballs around garage and in bellypan, for critters. I finally washed/waxed and parked mine, this weekend.
8ES-47429-00-00 roller, 90387-10025-00 insert, 90201-106F2-00 washers, 95817-10060-00 bolts, 95607-10200-00 nuts. I don't believe that make a kit. This is how I ordered mine.
I run them in the middle hole. They don't touch, until that last couple inches of travel. I figured, running medium spring tension, should use the medium hole, for the stoppers. They drastically slow the travel, for the last few inches.
"Thanks for the complements! The clutch kit is pretty awesome def made it a lot snappier. The swaybar link tightened up the front end and helped with the ski lift. I still have bottoming issues with the rear shocks. i have them turned up almost to the max and they still bottom out way more than...
I remember seeing a signature on here, that somebody has an Apex radiator in an RX/RS chassis. I've been curious how that was done, as well. Mainly, to warm up my right foot. ;):D
I have the 1st gen BRP modular helmet. After a few rides, my neck got used to it. Icy Hot also works wonders, lol. I also wore a helmet all summer, on the motorcycle, so that helped my neck adjust. (thankfully, or I'd be dead, from hitting a deer). Motorcycle also helped with throttle thumb...
Re: Slidekicks scratchers
The friend of mine, that recommended them to me, runs them on his '05 Vector and his brothers '06 Vector. They love them. I have them mounted behind both sets of front bogey wheels, and it still coated the entire suspension. I believe my friend has them mounted...
When I replaced the tunnel, on my old Wildcat, I just used aluminum pop-rivets, from the local hardware store. They worked just fine, and held up well. I don't see why they wouldn't work on an extension, considering you won't be standing on it.

The problem with the mandatory insurance, is that they raised the minimum coverages by law. So, MANDATORY auto insurance raised our rates too. I'm paying the same as I was when I had a motorcycle last year, with no motorcycle. (hit a deer Labor Day weekend, and totalled it) As far as...
I have 96 down the middle (V-pattern). They help on ice, but can still spin the track. I run 6 inch carbides, corners well on ice; not so well on blacktop. I run woody's stainless with aluminum backers. I had the dealer install, before I even picked it up.
Every summer, I go through and clean/lube mine; like the book says. Granted, I only have 2,000 miles on them, no problems. I do recommend cleaning them. You wouldn't believe the dirt you get out of the seals. I also run Fox Float guards, due to Arctic Cats problem of dinging them. I can't...
