I would stay with yamaha pistons myself, they seem to be the strongest, and you can get different compression pistons right through your dealer. But if you do decide to go with wiseco, I would get a hold of MPI because they run there special wiseco pistons. They have them machined so that you...

I wouldn't put wiseco pistons in my weed wacker. I've never had any luck and neither has anybody I know that used them.

With no studs you probably don't need 9" carbides, check out studboys or woodys website and they will tell you what they recomend. I have 7.5" carbides with 228 studs and it turns fine.

I just installed my 6.9's tonight and yes they were tight. I used the slydog rubbers that I got from ulmers and it fit right in with no modifications.

Do you know what the throttle body outside boot measures for the filters. You can buy all kinds of filters from K&N but I don't know what size and they don't list one on there page either.

Did you put the bottles in the freezer for a day or so before you took them in to get filled. I know I had one thaw out on me last year and the guy couldn't get as much in it.

Where did you get the stickers from?

I've raced 3 different F-1000's and mine will take all 3 of them for 600 feet. They all had mod's ( Boon Docker, piped, clutched, studs and the one even had a boss noss set-up he still couldn't beat my 09 XTX.

The farther down you pull the straps the more ski pressure it puts on the front. Most people run it on the top hole, since we all know that the nytro doesn't need any more of that.
